1. General Terms & Conditions

75 bet (hereinafter referred to as "we", "the platform", or "the site") is an internationally licensed online Sports Betting service. These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") form a legally binding agreement between 75 bet and its users ("Members").

• Placing bets across multiple accounts on opposing odds for the same match is strictly prohibited.

75 bet has full discretion over odds setting. Odds may change at any time based on market conditions, event significance, and risk management. The odds displayed at the time a bet is confirmed are final.

4. Deposit & Withdrawal Policy

75 bet supports the most popular payment methods in Bangladesh. All transactions are processed through secure, encrypted channels.

• The minimum deposit amount is ৳500 BDT. The maximum limit depends on your account verification status.
• The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳1,000 BDT. Processing is typically completed within 5–30 minutes.
• Deposit methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Bank Transfer.
• Withdrawals must be made using the same method as the original deposit.
• Full account verification is required before your first withdrawal.
• 75 bet may request additional verification for any suspicious transactions.
• Withdrawals to third-party accounts are strictly prohibited.

Deposited funds may only be used for betting activities. To withdraw bonus funds, the applicable wagering requirements must be met.

5. Bonus & Promotion Terms

• The welcome bonus is available to new members only. Each member may claim it once.
• To withdraw bonus funds, a wagering requirement of typically 5–10x must be completed.

• Multiple bonus claims from the same household or IP address are not permitted.
• Maximum bet amounts may be limited when wagering with bonus funds.
• 75 bet reserves the right to modify or cancel any bonus offer at any time.

6. Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on 75 bet. Any violation will result in immediate account closure and may lead to legal action.

• Creating multiple accounts or using another person's account.
• Attempting to hack or manipulate the betting system.
• Placing bets using software bots or automated tools.
• Deliberately exploiting odds discrepancies to place arbitrage bets.
• Selling or transferring accounts or winnings to third parties.
• Registering using a false identity or forged documents.
• Using the platform to launder money or conceal the source of illegal funds.
• Intentionally exploiting technical glitches or bugs on the platform.

7. Account Suspension & Closure Policy

75 bet reserves the right to suspend or permanently close an account under the following circumstances:

• Any breach of the Terms and Conditions.
• If evidence of fraud or any fraudulent activity is found.
• Failure to complete account verification.
• If the account remains inactive for an extended period (more than 12 months).
• If a member activates self-exclusion at their own request.

Before closing an account, the member will be notified by email and given the opportunity to withdraw any valid balance — unless the closure is due to a terms violation. Members may also request account closure at any time.

10. Dispute Resolution & Governing Law

2. We will provide an initial response within 7 business days.
3. Complex cases will be resolved by our resolution team within 21 days.
4. With the agreement of both parties, an independent mediator may be engaged.

These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of 75 bet's licensing authority. In the event of any dispute, the decision of the relevant authority's arbitration commission shall be final.
